Payment Terms
Last updated: 18 July 2026
FIXPRO TECHNOLOGIES LTD · Company No. 17287828 · Registered in England and Wales
1. Overview
These Payment Terms describe how payments work on the FixPro platform operated by FIXPRO TECHNOLOGIES LTD ("FixPro", "we"). They form part of our Terms of Service. Refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
2. What you pay for
- FixPro charges professionals a fee per accepted lead. There is no subscription and no monthly minimum.
- We take no commission from the repair price you agree with the customer; that payment is made directly to you and does not pass through FixPro.
- Service centres and companies may agree individual commercial terms with us by contacting contact@fixapp.pro; unless agreed otherwise in writing, these Payment Terms apply.
3. Pricing and currency
- Lead prices depend on the market, city and appliance category. The exact price of every lead is displayed in the app before you accept it; accepting the lead confirms the purchase at that price.
- Prices are shown in the currency of your market — for example PLN in Poland, UAH in Ukraine, USD in the United States and EUR in Portugal.
- We may change lead prices at any time. Changes never affect leads you have already accepted: you always pay the price that was shown at acceptance.
4. Credits (prepaid balance)
- You can top up a prepaid balance (credits) in the app and lead fees are then deducted from it. The price of a top-up is shown before you confirm the purchase.
- Credits can be used only to pay fees on the FixPro platform. They are not electronic money, cannot be transferred to other users or third parties, earn no interest and have no cash value except as described in the Refund & Cancellation Policy (unused purchased balance is refundable on request; free promotional credits are not).
- Credits purchased with money do not expire.
5. Payment methods and processing
- Payments are processed by third-party payment service providers. The methods available to you (for example, payment cards) are shown at checkout in the app.
- Card and other payment details are collected and processed by the payment provider under its own terms and security standards (including PCI DSS for card payments). We do not store full card numbers on our systems.
- By submitting a payment method you confirm that you are authorised to use it.
6. Taxes
- Where taxes such as VAT apply to our fees, they are included in, or shown together with, the price displayed at checkout.
- You are responsible for the taxes that apply to your own business, including taxes on the amounts customers pay you for repairs.
7. Receipts and invoices
A confirmation is provided for every purchase, and your transaction history is available in the app. If you need an invoice or a statement for your accounting, email contact@fixapp.pro with your account details and the period concerned.
8. Failed and reversed payments
If a payment fails, is reversed or is charged back, we may suspend the paid features of your account until the matter is resolved. We will not charge you interest, but amounts genuinely owed for accepted leads remain payable. If you believe a charge is wrong, contact us first — see the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
9. Verification and fraud prevention
To protect users and comply with our obligations, we and our payment providers may run fraud checks on transactions and may ask you to verify your identity, contact details or business status. We may decline or reverse a transaction where we reasonably suspect fraud or misuse.
