Terms of Service
Last updated: 18 July 2026
FIXPRO TECHNOLOGIES LTD · Company No. 17287828 · Registered in England and Wales
1. Who we are and what these Terms cover
These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of the FixPro website at fixapp.pro, the FixPro mobile application and the related services (together, the "Platform").
The Platform is operated by FIXPRO TECHNOLOGIES LTD, a private limited company registered in England and Wales under company number 17287828, with its registered office at Office 12 Initial Business Centre, Wilson Business Park, Manchester, M40 8WN, United Kingdom ("FixPro", "we", "us" or "our"). You can contact us at contact@fixapp.pro.
By creating an account, purchasing Credits or otherwise using the Platform, you agree to these Terms, to our Payment Terms, our Refund & Cancellation Policy and our Privacy Policy, which together form the agreement between you and us. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
2. Definitions
- "Professional" — an appliance repair technician, or a company operating a repair service, that registers an account on the Platform in the course of a trade, business or profession.
- "Customer" — a person who submits a request for an appliance repair.
- "Lead" — a Customer repair request made available to Professionals through the Platform, including its description, category, location and, after acceptance, the Customer's contact details.
- "Credits" — a prepaid balance purchased by a Professional and used solely to pay Lead fees on the Platform, as described in the Payment Terms.
- "Fees" — the amounts payable for accepted Leads or for Credits, as displayed in the app before purchase.
3. What FixPro does — and what it does not do
FixPro is a lead-generation platform: we collect repair requests from Customers and make them available to Professionals, who decide whether to accept them. Our role is limited to introducing the two sides.
- We are not a party to any agreement between a Professional and a Customer. The repair service, its scope, timing, price and quality are agreed directly between them, and payment for the repair is made directly to the Professional.
- Professionals use the Platform as independent businesses. Nothing in these Terms creates an employment, agency, partnership, joint venture or franchise relationship between you and FixPro.
- We do not guarantee any particular number of Leads, that a Lead will result in a completed repair, or any level of income.
- We take no commission from the repair price agreed between a Professional and a Customer.
4. Eligibility and your account
- You must be at least 18 years old and use the Platform in the course of a trade, business or profession.
- You must provide accurate, current and complete information when registering and keep it up to date, including your city, service areas and appliance categories.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
- You may register only one account unless we agree otherwise in writing.
- We may ask you to verify your identity, contact details or business status. We may suspend an account until reasonable verification requests are satisfied.
- You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to your own services, including any licensing, qualification, tax and consumer-protection requirements in your country.
5. Leads and acceptance
- Before you accept a Lead, we show you its description, appliance category, location and price. Accepting a Lead in the app is a binding order for that Lead: the corresponding Fee becomes payable or is deducted from your Credits at that moment.
- After acceptance you receive the Customer's contact details so you can agree the visit and the repair directly.
- Lead information and Customer contact details may be used solely to respond to that Customer's repair request. You must not use them for marketing, resell or share them, or add them to your own databases for unrelated purposes. When handling Customer personal data you act as an independent controller and must comply with applicable data protection laws.
- If a Lead turns out to be invalid, our Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how to report it and what remedies are available.
6. Fees, Credits and payment
There is no subscription: you pay only for the Leads you accept. Lead prices vary by market, city and appliance category and are always shown before acceptance. Purchases of Credits and all payment matters are governed by our Payment Terms. Refunds are handled under our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
7. Acceptable use
When using the Platform you must not:
- break any applicable law or regulation;
- provide false, misleading or incomplete information, or impersonate another person or business;
- misuse Customer data, contact Customers for purposes unrelated to their request, or resell or share Leads with third parties;
- harass, threaten or defraud Customers, other Professionals or our staff;
- circumvent, or attempt to circumvent, Fees or the Platform's intended operation;
- submit fabricated repair requests, manipulate the dispute process or initiate unfounded payment chargebacks;
- scrape, copy, decompile or reverse-engineer the Platform, or access it by automated means, except where a law permits this despite this restriction;
- upload malicious code or otherwise interfere with the security, integrity or performance of the Platform.
8. Intellectual property
The Platform, including its software, design, logos, text and other content, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Platform for its intended purpose. If you send us feedback or suggestions, we may use them without restriction or compensation.
9. Privacy
How we collect and use personal data is described in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
10. Third-party services
The Platform relies on services provided by third parties, including the Apple App Store and Google Play (app distribution), payment service providers (payment processing) and hosting providers. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services we do not control.
11. Availability and changes to the Platform
We aim to keep the Platform available and reliable, but we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may carry out maintenance, release updates and improve, change or withdraw features. Where a change materially reduces the core functionality you have paid for, we will give reasonable advance notice where practicable.
12. Suspension and termination
- By you: you may stop using the Platform and close your account at any time, in the app or by emailing contact@fixapp.pro — see Account Deletion for the step-by-step process. There is no minimum term and no cancellation fee. Any unused Credits are handled under the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
- By us: we may suspend or terminate your access, with notice where reasonably practicable, if you materially or repeatedly breach these Terms, if we reasonably suspect fraud or misuse, or if we are required to do so by law. Where the issue can be remedied, we will normally ask you to remedy it first.
- Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, liability and governing law) continue to apply.
13. Disclaimers
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude all implied warranties and conditions. We perform basic quality checks on repair requests, but we do not warrant the accuracy of information provided by Customers, that any Lead will convert into work, or the conduct of any Customer.
14. Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
Subject to the paragraph above:
- we are not liable for loss of profits, loss of business, loss of anticipated savings, loss of data or any indirect or consequential loss;
- our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the Platform in any 12-month period is limited to the greater of (a) the Fees you paid to us in that period and (b) £100;
- we are not liable for the acts or omissions of Customers or for the services Professionals provide to Customers.
15. Indemnity
If you use the Platform in the course of business, you will indemnify us against losses, liabilities and reasonable costs arising from a third-party claim caused by your breach of these Terms, your misuse of Customer data or the services you provide to Customers, except to the extent caused by our own breach or negligence.
16. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time, for example to reflect changes in the law, in our services or in our business. If a change is material, we will give you reasonable advance notice through the app, by email or on this page, including the date the updated Terms take effect. If you continue to use the Platform after that date, the updated Terms apply. If you do not agree with a change, you may close your account before it takes effect.
17. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have non-exclusive jurisdiction. If you are entitled to mandatory consumer or other protections under the laws of the country where you live, nothing in these Terms affects those rights, and you may also bring proceedings in that country where the law allows.
18. General
- If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in force.
- A failure or delay by either party to enforce a right is not a waiver of that right.
- You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may transfer ours to an affiliate or to a successor in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, provided your rights are not reduced.
- These Terms do not give rise to any rights under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999.
- These Terms may be made available in other languages for convenience; the English version prevails in case of any inconsistency.
19. Contact
