5. How we share personal data
We do not sell personal data. We share it only:
- Between users, as the service requires — when a professional accepts a repair request, we share the contact details needed to arrange the repair between that professional and the customer. Professionals may use customer data solely to respond to the request.
- With service providers acting on our instructions under data processing agreements, in categories such as: hosting and content delivery (Cloudflare), cloud infrastructure, mobile attribution (AppsFlyer), payment processing, email delivery, and customer support and internal communication tools.
- With app stores and payment providers where they act as independent controllers of the data they process for you under their own policies.
- For legal reasons — where required by law or to establish, exercise or defend legal claims, or to protect the rights, property or safety of FixPro, our users or others.
- In a business transfer — as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, in which case this Policy will continue to apply to the transferred data unless you are informed otherwise.
6. International transfers
We operate from the United Kingdom and serve users in several countries, so personal data may be processed in the UK, the European Economic Area and other countries where our service providers operate. Where personal data is transferred outside the UK or EEA, we rely on adequacy decisions or appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or Addendum and the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
7. How long we keep personal data
- Account data is kept while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you return or a dispute arises.
- Transaction and billing records are kept for up to 6 years to meet UK accounting and tax requirements.
- Repair request data is kept as long as needed to provide the service and handle quality reviews and disputes.
- When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it.
8. Security
We apply technical and organisational measures appropriate to the risk, including encryption in transit, access controls and least-privilege access for our team. No online service can guarantee absolute security, but we review and improve our measures on an ongoing basis. If a personal data breach occurs that we are required to report, we will notify the relevant authority and affected users as required by law.
9. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you have some or all of the following rights in relation to your personal data:
- to access it and receive a copy;
- to have inaccurate or incomplete data corrected;
- to have it deleted, where the law provides for this;
- to restrict or object to its processing;
- to receive it in a portable format where processing is based on contract or consent;
- to withdraw consent at any time, where processing is based on consent, without affecting processing before withdrawal;
- to opt out of marketing communications at any time.
To exercise any of these rights, email contact@fixapp.pro with the subject "Privacy request". We respond within one month, extendable where the law allows for complex requests. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
To delete your FixPro account and the data linked to it, follow the steps on our Account Deletion page — you can do it in the app or by email.
You also have the right to complain to a supervisory authority: in the UK, the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk); in Poland, the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO); in Portugal, the CNPD; in Ukraine, the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights. Users in the United States may have additional rights under applicable state privacy laws.
10. Children

11. Automated decision-making
We do not make decisions about you based solely on automated processing that produce legal or similarly significant effects. Automated checks used for fraud prevention are subject to human review on request.
12. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. The date above shows when it was last revised. If a change is material, we will notify you through the app, by email or by a prominent notice on the website before it takes effect.
